Nollywood in another mood
of mourning, Olamide David a young Nollywood actor who played the lead role in Foluke
Daramola-Salako’s movie, Cobweb died yesterday in Lagos.

Daramola-Salako who could not bear the demise of her young actor took to her
Instagram handle posting a picture of the boy with the caption: “Death! Where
is your string? Olamide David, my lead character in Cobweb, why does it have to
be now? Why why why?”
However, a family member revealed
that on Sunday, January 17, Olamide was playing football with his friends when
he was mistakenly kicked in the stomach by another player. He fell to the
ground and subsequently complained pains.
Olamide David was then rushed to
Ikeja General Hospital, Lagos where he gave up the ghost.
The young Nollywood actor bagged the
award for best kid actor at the 2015, BON awards held in Akure.
May his soul rest in peace.
