The US government has reiterated its
support for Nigeria "in its fight against terrorism" in a condolence
message for the more than 50 people who were killed in the Dikwa IDP camp in
the north-east of the country.
At least 70 people were injured and
are now being treated in hospitals in Borno state.
The local head of the emergency
management agency reports that his organisation is taking care of their needs.
